One of the great Art writers and theorists of "anti-modernism" was Paul Schultze-Naumburg. He wrote in the early 1900's on German houses and architecture, and finished his career with the highly influential "Folk and Race", and "Nordic Beauty". I've just whipped out a bare bones bibliography here. Many of the 1900-1933 books are widely available quite cheaply.
